RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
Jewels Maze (By KONNECT GROUP), offers an easy 7-day return policy to our customers. Please note – We have a Coupon Refund / Exchange / Monetary Refund available.

Customer satisfaction is our delight. However, we will gladly issue a refund only for items that have been incorrectly dispatched from our end or if the customer has received a damaged product. Replacement can be only made if the customer has received a damaged or a wrong product.
Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- Unboxing Video: An unboxing video of the package is mandatory. This video should be taken before opening the package to document the condition of the product as received.
- Condition of the Product: The item should be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. It must be free from scratches, deformities, or any signs of wear.
- Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and the original invoice intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.
- Timely Request: A return request must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date by emailing us at care@jewelsmaze.com with your Name, Order Number, Contact Number, and Product details/SKU code, along with the reason for the return.
Products Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for the following products:
- Scratch & Dent Sale Items: Items sold as part of a “Scratch & Dent Sale” are not eligible for returns.
- Vintage and Antique Jewelry: Items like Arabian, Afghani, Kutchi, German Silver Matte Finished, any matte finished, stone, or pattern-type jewelry are not eligible for returns. These are unique, antique pieces that may have marks, cuts, or dents that are not considered defects.
- Artisan-Crafted Jewelry: Due to the handcrafted nature and potential slight variations from product images, returns are not accepted for artisan-crafted jewelry. We strive to provide accurate images for each collection.
Return Process
- Step 1: Email us at care@jewelsmaze.com within 7 days of delivery with all necessary details. Our Customer Care team will respond within 24-72 hours.
- Step 2: We will arrange a reverse pickup if your location is serviceable. In case of a non-serviceable pin code, please send the product using a reliable courier service to the address provided by our team. Ensure the product is safely packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Step 3: Once we receive the product, our quality team will perform a thorough inspection. If the product meets all return criteria, we will initiate your refund within 24-48 working hours.
Refund Options
- Coupon Refund: A refund coupon equal to the value of the product will be issued, valid for one year from the date of issue. Please note that:
- The coupon can only be used for purchases equal to or greater than its value.
- Multiple coupons cannot be combined.
- Coupons are non-transferable.
- Exchange: You can opt to exchange the returned product for another item of equal or higher value. If choosing an item of higher value, the difference must be paid.
- Monetary Refund: A monetary refund is available, with a deduction for reverse logistics charges. The balance amount will be refunded.
Additional Conditions
- Damage During Transit: If the product is damaged during transit due to inadequate packaging, it will not qualify for a refund, and the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Missing Packaging Box: If the original packaging box is not returned, Rs.99/- will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Shipping Reimbursement: If the product is returned via courier due to a non-serviceable pin code, an additional Rs.99/- will be added to your coupon refund value as a shipping reimbursement.
Important Notes
- The entire return process may take 10-15 days from the date we receive your return request.
- Refund Issuance: Coupon codes will be emailed within 48 hours of quality check approval.
