SHIPPING POLICY

At Jewels Maze (By KONNECT GROUP), we prioritize delivering your purchased products in pristine condition and within the committed timeline. We have partnered with leading logistics and courier companies like Shiprocket, Blue Dart, DHL, Tirupati, DTDC, Delhivery, and Ecom Express to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Order Confirmation & Dispatch
Our Customer Care executives will contact you to confirm your order. Once confirmed, orders will be dispatched within 2-4 working days. You will receive tracking details via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timeline
The delivery timeline varies based on the delivery address:

  • Metros & Tier 1 Cities: Delivery within 3-4 working days.
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities & Rural Areas: Delivery within 5-9 working days.
  • International Deliveries: Delivery timelines vary based on the destination country but generally take between 7-15 working days.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or lockdowns may cause delays. We will keep you informed in such cases.

Shipping Fee

  • Within India:
    • Free shipping on orders with a cart value of Rs. 1,000 or above.
    • A flat shipping fee of Rs. 99 will be charged on orders with a cart value less than Rs. 1,000. This shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • International Shipping:
    • Free international shipping on orders with a cart value of Rs. 15,001 or above.
    • A flat shipping fee of Rs. 2,100 will be charged on orders with a cart value less than Rs. 5,000.
    • A flat shipping fee of Rs. 3,600 will be charged on orders with a cart value between Rs. 5,001 – 10,000.
    • A flat shipping fee of Rs. 5,100 will be charged on orders with a cart value between Rs. 10,001 – 15,000.

    Note: Customs duties and taxes, if applicable, must be borne by the customer as they vary by destination country. Jewels Maze (By KONNECT GROUP) will not be responsible for these charges.

Packaging & Damage
All jewelry is carefully packaged to prevent any damage during transit. In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please refuse to accept it. Contact us immediately at +91 70435 41435 or email us at care@jewelsmaze.com, mentioning your order number. We will arrange for a replacement delivery at the earliest.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for detailed information.

Cash On Delivery (COD) Policy
Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. We are working to make this option available in the near future. Once available:

  • COD will be applicable only to items in the cart that support this service.
  • The provided pin code must be in a serviceable area for COD. If not, you will need to choose an alternative online payment method.
  • Please note, you cannot open the package without making the payment at the time of delivery.
